The ANSTO Big Ideas Forum brings 22 students and 11 teachers from across Australia to Sydney to meet world-class researchers and go hands-on with amazing technology.
ANSTO Big Ideas encourages students to creatively communicate the work of an Australian scientist, and explain how their work has inspired them to come up with a Big Idea to make our world a better place. It is intended to engage and support Australian students in years 7-10 in Science and encourage them to pursue studies and careers in STEM.
We are looking for people who are creative and passionate – you don’t have to be top of your class.
Young people using STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) are the ones who will take our society into the future, so tell us your big idea for a chance to spend an exciting week with our researchers.
